Board of Directors Calendar

The Board of Directors holds meetings on the second Saturday of each quarter. Locations are rotated around the State. Parishes are listed in parenthesis. Times and exact locations will be posted approximately 30 days in advance of the meeting. Agendas will be posted here 7 days in advance. Officer reports are required 7 days in advance and will be posted here with the minutes. Minutes will be posted within 7 days after the meeting.

2012: July 29th - Alexandria (Rapides); held before calendar adopted, no quorum; October 13th - Baton Rouge (East Baton Rouge); moved to October 6th by the Chair, quorum present
2013: January 12th - Shreveport (Caddo); held as scheduled, quorum present; April 13th - New Orleans (Orleans); July 13th - Lake Charles (Calcasieu); October 12th - Ruston (Lincoln)
2014: January 11th - Houma (Terrebonne); April 12th - Monroe (Ouachita); July 12th - Slidell (St. Tammany); October 11th - Natchitoches (Natchitoches)
2015: January 10th - Hammond (Tangipahoa); April 11th - Crowley (Acadia); July 11th - Many (Sabine); October 11th - Morgan City (St. Mary)
2016: January 9th - Leesville (Vernon); April 9th - Opelousas (St. Landry); July 9th - Bunkie (Avoyelles)

The above calendar was adopted August 27th, 2012 by electronic vote. The vote result was 5-0, with three not voting. A quorum was 5 votes & 3 votes were needed to pass.
